The short film "Exodus", by the Belgian filmmaker Nicolas Provost, will be presented this Friday, November 20th, in world premiere, at the prestigious IDFA - International Documentary Film Festival Amsterdam that runs until November 29th.
“Exodus” is a non-narrative film, edited in the form of a slideshow with living pictures in which Provost travels through 4 States in the West of the United States making compositions of landscapes and situations reminiscent of cinematic beauty.
The film, a production by Curtas Metragens CRL/ Solar - Cinematic Art Gallery, will be screened in the program Paradocs which presents a showcase of 15 films that go “beyond the frame of traditional documentary filmmaking, on the borders between film and art, truth and fiction, and narrative and design.”
