The song is a collaboration between two avant-garde artists of electronic music, Holly Herndon and Jlin, with the help of an Artificial Intelligence programme named Spawn, which analyses the information that receives to generate new sounds. The result is a strange and original work, which the video of Daniel Costa Neves follows, presenting a morphing between two faces that gradually transform themselves, while running through different emotional states. In this reflection on the relations between artificial intelligence and artistic creation, the stunning and perplexed images of this facial and sensory dystopia amplify the effect of music. (JA)
