The island of Portland, off the Dorset coast in England, has historically depended on two key industries: limestone quarrying and prisons. “The Garden Has Fallen Still” is a short poetic documentary exploring the different kinds of time that exist on Portland - human and geological, industrial and penal, land and sea.
