Curated by Curtas Metragens - CRL, this film showcase for schools once again offers young audiences a unique opportunity to experience cinema in an educational and inspiring setting.

Between November 11th and 21st, there will be four daily sessions featuring a selection of films that were screened in the competitions at the 33rd edition of Curtas Vila do Conde, aimed at different age groups — Curtinhas (PG-3, PG-6, and PG-9), My Generation (PG-12), and European Short Film Audience Award (PG-14) — bringing together more than 30 award-winning short films from various European countries. The selected works address engaging and educational themes, inviting reflection and discovery through the language of cinema.

In addition to the film sessions, Turma Curtas will also host a exhibition of My Generation posters, designed by students from the Graphic Design undergraduate course at ESMAD — School of Media Arts and Design (Polytechnic of Porto). The exhibition will be presented in the partner schools as well as at the Municipal Theatre of Vila do Conde.

The event offers a unique and accessible cultural opportunity for schools to enjoy quality cinema experiences in a welcoming and inspiring environment.
