In parallel with the festival, Solar – Cinematic Art Gallery presents a solo exhibition by Portuguese director and artist Diogo Costa Amarante, winner of the Golden Bear at the Berlin Film Festival in 2017.

The inauguration of Be Your Selfie is scheduled for July 17^th and features a set of 13 unpublished video pieces, designed specifically for the gallery space. The exhibition will be on display until the end of August.

As a complement, the festival also presents a carte blanche to the filmmaker with several short films of his choice and a conversation with the director, preceded by the premiere in Portugal of his latest film, A Present Light.
