Between 1985 and 1987, American journalist Edward Serotta travelled through Communist Romania and photographed its harsh realities. The Secret Police followed him throughout, secretly photographing him in the act. Forty years later, both sets of images are placed side by shot-reverse shot about the comic side of History.
