Whales and dolphins have inhabited the oceans of the world for over 60 million years. For some time now i have wanted to capture the beauty of these magnificent creatures, which act as ambassadors for the underwater world. Shot in Antartica, British Columbia, the Red Sea, the Bahamas and North Wales, "Whalesong" is set only to music performed on the jazz double bass. It is a visual canto of the destruction of these creatures by their only enemy: Man.
