Victor's dog, Sparky, is run over by a car and he buries the animal. However, when o teacher in school demonstrates how a frog's leg can be made to jump when an electric charge is applied to it, Victor gets an idea and digs the dog up again. In his homemade laboratory, he tests out the idea on the dog's body.
