There is a far away place. 'There' is the place where we aren't. 'There' is a place that doesn't exist. 'Here and There' is a film about feeling of being here and far from here. Shot in Rio's outskirts, the film tells us about the daily routine of T.B., a girl from the suburbs, who hesitates between staying "there" or leaving and joining her sister who had gone away.
