In March, 1996, there were these two tragedies: the murder of 16 children in Dunblane, Scotland, and the cruel massacre of baby seals on the stupid assault to their furs. Two barbarous events endorsed to innocent and defenceless beings. The repetition of the first is hard to predict and prevent, but the second's depend upon our consciousness.
