In this short film C. Bowers plays the role of an explorer who is interviewed by a radio reporter and who tells his adventures in a trip around Africa during which he found a famous metal-eating bird.Made at the beginning of the talkies this film may be considered as a transition work. With a truly wild poetics the director mixes real shots with some animation techniques he himself developed as well as with sound gags.
