A film about an abandoned copper mine in Alentejo, Portugal, which belonged to a british company for over a century. The film itself has two parts - the first is made of old mine workers testimonials and confessions ; the second one is based on a poem, written and recited in portuguese, featuring artistic audiovisual portraits of the abandoned buildings, acid water lagoons, and surrealistic natural landscapes.
