Viktor, the violinist, arrives to the city with the objective of spreading his music. Without success, he realizes that the city and his population are controlled by its main factory. In order to achieve his goal, he goes to the heart of the industrialization and consequently he's heard throughout the city, with the industrial rhythms to adapt to his music.
