The film directed by Bárbara Wagner and Benjamin de Burca portraits the universe of the "Brega" Pernambucan scene, with the industry of music videos as motto. "Brega" is a Brazilian musical genre that emerged in 70’, influenced by the romantic ballads of North American artists in contrast to the Bossa nova, and that over the time grew with the influence of rhythms from Reggaeton, Zouk or Kizomba. This granted it a reputation of "bad taste" by the elites. However, nowadays, "Brega" is a mass phenomenon produced by popular artists who know how to use their own image. The film was shot at the club "Planet Show" where MC Porck and Dayana Paixão regularly work. The action sharply varies between a maximized self-esteem and the fragility and vulnerability of the backstage. The movements are accompanied by "Brega" melodies and "technical noises", such as a metronome, where we can see the characters in intimate backstage situations, and not only in the highly sexualized image and ostentation, replica of the Funk Ostentation of São Paulo.
