In her most recent short film, Tânia Dinis continues her work of revisiting family memories through the image. After the home films, this essay film is based mainly on the experience of viewing a family photo gallery and its fictional treatment from the text Aura – um folhetim fotográfico (Aura - a photographic novel), by Regina Guimarães. Once again, Dinis explores different narrative possibilities for family visual documents. private memory images that protrude through a fictional scenario and that are thus reinvented, reborn. "Laura" is another micronarrative that continues to explore different artistic universes, from photography, performance, cinema and installation, that are harmoniously combined in the path of this young Portuguese artist who, as an actress, has been a regular presence at Curtas Vila do Conde. As a director, this is her second presence, after integrating the group Experimental Jet Set (Guimarães 2012 in Super 8). (PC)
