With the ongoing construction of a project that will harbor over a hundred warehouses dedicated to maintaining the fishing activity in the region of Vila do Conde and Póvoa de Varzim, comes the uncertainty, within the community, about the true impact of this change. This film highlights the gap between two time frames that play in parallel: the image shows the passage of time as workers perform concrete manual labor at a warehouse, while the radio broadcast represents the voices from the community who, during their leisure and recreational time, share the different feelings and expectations regarding the new change that lies ahead.
